Children’s Liturgy takes place in the Lady Chapel during the 9.30 am Mass on Sundays. All children and their adults are welcome. Please wait in church until you are called forward. Children attending the children’s liturgy group will participate in their own penitential rite, liturgy of the word and intercessions with activities about the day’s Gospel. The children re-join the congregation at the offertory. WIGL group takes place each Sunday from 10.40am to 11.25am in the parish hall (or parish room) so that children can come along either after 9.30am Mass or just before attending 11.30am Mass. It is a group for children who are roughly in years 4 to 8. Inspired by St Teresa of Calcutta, the group tries to “Do small things WIth Great Love”; meeting together weekly to enjoy fellowship and develop together spiritually through fun, games and prayer and to undertake activities for the benefit of others. is a community of young Christians in and around Hereford who support and care for each other. Through regular gatherings, in the parish hall, they seek to grow together in fellowship, in faith and in love of the gospels; while celebrating music, ministry and pizza! First Communion There is an annual preparation programme that commences in the autumn each year, culminating in the First Communion Mass in May or June. Lunch Club Each Saturday from mid-day to 1pm we provide lunch for those who need it, in the parish room. We have five teams of volunteers who take it in turn to cook and serve the lunch. Food is provided by donations from Tesco and occasional parish collections. More volunteers are always welcome.
